Client Reviews & Project Gallery

These backdrops were great! Adam and team at Modular Exhibits did a great job and the turnaround time was short.

I have worked with Modular Exhibits for a few projects, and they have consistently come through to deliver an excellent product. In a few instances I had a tight deadline to meet, but Nick and Adam came through and helped produce and ship the signs on time. I would absolutely recommend them for quality of their product, but also for their outstanding customer support.

Easy to communicate with, very quick turn around, great quality.

everything was great

We were looking for something unique and impactful for the stage at our conference, and these lightboxes absolutely delivered. They looked incredible on stage and really made the branding stand out throughout the event. The colours were vibrant, the setup looked polished and professional, and they truly “popped” in the room.

Beyond the product itself, the service from the Modular Exhibits team was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and great to work with throughout the process. We received so many compliments on the stage design, and the lightboxes played a huge role in that.

Highly recommend both the product and the team behind it!

easy to set up, and printing is clear and sharp!

very good product. Good quality, good looking. We definitly have the greatest booth during our congres. Thanks to modular Exhibit

A little colour differentiation from podium to backdrop, but overall the quality is strong and we love our new assets.

Delivery was fast and the product is high quality.

Thank you for taking the time to ensure the graphics were acceptable and giving tips on what should be fixed. I appreciated the guidance.

Communication was great, shipping was crazy fast, and the finished product was very high quality. Thanks for a great backdrop!

Excellent service and product. Fast shipping and graphic was reproduced perfectly!

Great products and wonderful customer service. The prices are amazing!

Great buying process and customer service! Fast turnaround and a high quality product in the end. Very easy to set up and take down.

We used our 3' SEG Lightbox for the first time at our booth and everyone was raving about our set up and wondering were I bought the Lightbox. Other booth were taking pictures of our booth to show their marketing team that they wanted the same thing. Great quality, great service, love it!

I’ve purchased from Modular Exhibits several times, and every experience has been consistently excellent. Service is always fast and efficient, which makes the whole process smooth and reliable.

Perfect!

Adam and Nick are great to work with, the Pop Up Counter is a great product, easy to use, looks great, and most importantly, folds up and is easily transportable.

Good products. Heavy but good.

Excellent high quality product and service. Quick responses to all emails/questions and they were able to expedite my order on short notice to help meet a strict deadline. Highly recommend them and will buy from the again.

I have been working with Adam for a couple of projects, and he is always available to answer any questions, provide options based on my budget and the quality is amazing! They are always on time and very responsive.

This was our first time working with Modular Exhibits, and it was a breeze! Our display was delivered to us even quicker than we had requested and looked great on the tradeshow floor. Very easy to travel with as well.

Excellent service and product quality. We love working with Adam and his team

As a Marketing & Communications Manager (and former Art Director), I’m a little picky when it comes to branded materials, so this travel popup podium definitely exceeded my expectations. The design template was straightforward and easy to work with, customer service was responsive and helpful, and shipping was speedy.

The travel case is sturdy and feels like it will do a great job protecting our new favourite marketing asset. And… the podium really does pop up in seconds. It almost feels like magic.

The print quality is excellent, with crisp graphics and colours that are true to our YMCA brand standards. It looks polished, professional, and event ready. We’re absolutely thrilled with the final product!

We started using Modular Exhibits in late 2025. The variety of booths to choose from allowed us to present different options and price points to senior sales leaders. We decided to go ahead with MOD and have since ordered 3 booths for our Canadian team. Service is always on time per the lead times indicated on the website. Quality is great. Nick and Adam are very responsive to any questions. Booths look good in trade show environment. Highly recommend! Glad we found you online.

I have worked with Adam from Modular Exhibits, ordering booths at the past two companies I have worked at, and I couldn't recommend them enough. The quality and overall value is outstanding. It's rare that we go to a show and don't receive compliments that we have the best booth there! Adam and the team have been super helpful along the way, and very accommodating as we ordered a somewhat unconventional setup. They are a stand-up company that stands behind their products, and operate with honesty and integrity.

We had 2 large tradeshow backdrops made by Modular Exhibits, and they are fantastic. The quality is wonderful! Great team to work with, great communication and design work. Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience with Modular Exhibits. We used the 10' SEG Lightbox and the Backlit SEG Counter for our booth and were impressed with the quality of the hardware. Everything arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and looked fantastic once set up. The lighting gave our booth a bright presence and helped us stand out among the many exhibitors at our event, exactly what we were hoping for.

The customer service is also wonderful: responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout the process. We’re very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Modular Exhibits.

Backdrop was excellent. Service was quick and excellent.

The speed in delivery and the quality of the signage was amazing! Highly recommend!

Modular Exhibits team was a pleasure to work with. They are very friendly and responsive. Would definitely work with them again.

We’ve been using this kit for multiple tradeshows across Canada, and it has been fantastic. The setup is quick and simple and the materials are high‑quality. It travels well, looks professional every time, and consistently draws positive attention on the show floor. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and kept me on top of things to ensure our delivery date wasn't missed. Product was great, got lots of compliments!

Excellente

As advertised; great communication; excellent quality!

Very professionnal and fast. We will purchase again.

The team were excellent in getting us the exhibit so quickly over the holidays, it made for a successful exhibit. Putting together the exhibit was quick and easy. The print quality was great. Also, we had no problems getting the exhibit into and out of the case, and getting the case checked in as luggage on a flight. We'd highly recommend.

We’ve partnered with Adam, Nick, and the Modular team on several high-value projects, and they’ve been great every time. Their products always impress us, particularly the 10' SEG Lightbox + Lightbox Arch kit. The Lightbox arrived with beautifully even lighting, and the print quality was really sharp. It felt like looking at a giant retina display. Our booth got a lot of attention and positive feedback at The Buildings Show in Toronto. We also purchased the 10 x 10 Custom Canopy Tent with back, left and right printing, as well as the Premium Stretch Table Cloth. The team is responsive, reliable, and always on top of deadlines. Each collaboration was smooth from start to finish, and we’re happy to recommend Modular. Looking forward to working on more projects in the future!
